Cancellation Policy

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By engaging with and requesting mobile or in-person tire services from Door to Door Tires (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), you, the customer (hereafter referred to as “the Client”), acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. This policy applies to all services rendered, including mobile tire replacement, installation, removal, repair, and the sale of used and new tires. 2. USED TIRE SALES – NO WARRANTY POLICY 2.1 All used tires provided or sold by the Company are explicitly offered "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. 2.2 The Company does not guarantee the longevity, durability, or roadworthiness of used tires once installed or sold. 2.3 The Client acknowledges that used tires inherently carry increased risk due to prior wear, unknown usage history, and potential internal or hidden defects. 2.4 No exchanges, returns, refunds, credits, or adjustments shall be honored once used tires are installed or delivered unless otherwise mandated by applicable state or federal law. 3. MOBILE SERVICE POLICY & MINIMUM CALL-OUT FEE 3.1 The Company offers on-site tire service via mobile units for Client convenience. 3.2 A non-refundable minimum service call-out fee of $99.00 USD shall be applied to every service request where a mobile technician is dispatched to the Client’s location. 3.3 This fee applies regardless of service completion, and includes, but is not limited to: Cases in which tire(s) cannot be repaired or replaced due to excessive damage, sidewall issues, or inaccessibility. Situations where the Client refuses service after arrival. Vehicle incompatibility, incorrect tire size, unsafe working conditions, or inaccessible location. 3.4 Additional labor or mileage charges may be applied for services rendered beyond the standard scope, as evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 4. TIRE REPAIR POLICY – SAFETY FIRST 4.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse tire repair services based on professional inspection and safety assessment. 4.2 Under no circumstances will the Company perform repairs on: Tires with less than 3/32 inches of remaining tread depth, as such tires are deemed unsafe for road use. Tires with damage, punctures, or leaks located within 1 inch of the sidewall, on the sidewall itself, or in any area where a safe repair cannot be performed per industry standards.
